Firewood cutting in Michaux State Forest

Hello,Anybody whos familiar with cutting firewood in Michaux,I would greatly appreciate a rough idea of rules and cost. I shot them an email,but in the mean time i thought a fellow AS member might have some insight! Thanx Bear

Good luck, I've got experience camping, hiking, swimming, Mountain Bike riding and racing, and ATV trail riding. But never cut more than enough to keep a camp fire going.

i dont know much about it ,but have talked to some guys that have cut there. there might be several different type of permits depending on how much you cut. most of the easy stuff is snatched up pretty quick. where in sc pa r u?
