What are all you guys charging for delivery?

The going rate around here is 70-75 bucks a face cord, 80-85 if it is real good seasoned hardwood (which mine is) face cord, and 210 for a full bush cord.

$75.00 per 1/3 cord. $10.00 intown delivery per trip and $15 per 4 x 8 stack , $20.00 per 4X 12 stack. I can stack and haul a cord per trip without overdoing it on the truck.

Comes out to $100 delivered and stacked for 1/3 cord or $280 a cord.

Firewood Delivery In Toronto Canada

I presently charge $420.00 per full cord delivered into downtown Toronto.

I typically sell a face cord for $160.00 delivered into downtown Toronto.

The wood I am selling is clean and seasoned 1 full year. I have many repeat customers. Also no big chunks, all wood is split so any piece can be picked up in one hand.

I am selling wood in Kawartha Lakes (100 Miles North of Toronto) where I live for $260.00 per full cord and $90.00 per Face cord.

I find the trick is to deliver what the customer wants and be on time.

For reference a full cord is 4 x 8 x 4 and a face cord is 4 x 8 x 16".

Firewood prices here havent changed much for the past 3 years, $60.00 per rick, $150 per cord for well seasoned red and white oak delivered.
Even at this price, some folks seem to think you should have to stack it.

Mt Vernon paper last night; Seasoned Locust firewood, full cord delivered anywhere in county $100.

Several other ads for seasoned cords $100 plus $20 or so county delivery.
Lots of wood around here because of late summer hurricane damage plus lots of Amish that like to work for 2 cents an hour. Glad I am not in the firewood business localy.

i found a guy locally selling hardwoods for $60 per face cord.

after talking to him, he agreed to sell me log lengths of various thickness for $10 per log. wood consists of cherry, oak, maples, etc etc no softwoods.

not a bad deal. all he has to do is drop the tree, remove the upper branches and i'll haul it away.

mr firewood,

feel free to quote me, but go ahead and include the part about PRESSURE.

I'll stand by my comments that you can't get 40 gpm with a 40 horsepower motor at 3000 psi without a dual stage pump, which is what the splitter pumps are, and what my system uses.

regards

Looks like most are charging 10-15 dollars for delivery, which is what I figured. That makes it a square $100 for a face cord, nice and easy.
