Fransguard V-4000, need help to find parts supplier

The title says it all. My cutting buddy backed his way into the free use of a V-4000 Fransgard. The clutches are worn out and need replacing and that might be all that is needed. We don't even have to buy the parts, the owner buys all the parts if we will provide labor. The use of the winch is free otherwise. Any help on a parts supply for this winch.
