No too long to preheat. Elements look good inside of oven I haven't took the back of yet to look at connections. Thinking thermostat. I seen where most is 1100 ohms. Are the elements only tested with continuity?

Need a ohm tester for testing resistance
Should read around 70 ohms for both top and bottom elements
