Good source for 064 cylinder and piston?

Have had decent luck with Farmer Tech from Baileys, but not finding anything for the 064.

Where else should I shop? Need to be not much over the $100ish area.

yer likely better off going for an 066/660 top end if going after market. i doubt they make anything for the 064 and even if they did you'd never get one that ran like an 064 i'm sure.

I buy all my aftermarket expairments from hl supply's . them seem to run ok

Find a used OEM cylinder, either 066/064, and buy a new OEM piston.

Does the 066 cylinder match right up? The 064 Muffler and Carb will bolt up?

I haven't priced OEM but the customer wanted to be under $300 total.

The cylinder holes need to be slotted a little. The carb and muff will interchange with a 066

ya have to slot the jug and maybe grind a little relief in the sides of jug for screw clearance. No big deal. Spring for some caber rings and use oem circlips

What kind of price? I might be able to increase the budget being it will be all OEM stuff.
The story I heard is the customer borrowed it from a neighbor and it quit running. He was going to buy a new saw to replace till he saw the $1200+ price tag.

I'm just gathering parts, our mechanic is pretty old school and doesn't do internet or computers.
