Ground crew hourly rate estimates Australia

Hi Guys,

Right off the bat I know the answers to this question could vary so much depending on area, type of work, experience and any other number of factors.

But what do you guys think is an average hourly rate for a ground crew employee working in Australia? Coming in green to the tree work industry?

Appreciate any info that can be shared.
