Oh, ok, so now you disagree that they run the same?:dizzy:

edit: bold, Jred can't take credit for that power, LOL.

Hey good morning,
I'm saying your confused.

Now I'm going to say you have not giving a Jonsered the chance to show you the light.

He is saying that it takes a different technique to use the 2 saws....they don't cut the same, ya know.:chainsaw: :chainsaw:

They both take the same technique to get optimum performance.

Sure you can bog a Stihl down and she will still cut SLOOOOOOW.
Whats the point in that.

LOL, I would love to have some bacon in the garage. I should have a 460 soon. With a 044, 2 440s, and a 460, I'm about spent out.

I need to run a 441 though to check out it's smoothness. It may change my mind.:dizzy: :dizzy: :dizzy: :dizzy:

You want me to find you one? It's just a phone call away......

Why? So I can have one with a Decompression valve. LOL

Oh? but
What about the power band stihl has?

What about the grunt stihl has?

What about "This is Stihl Country" ?

Just how can they be too close to say ?:biggrinbounce2:

LOL, is your brain burning yet?

Do you think you will say the 440 is faster?

Do I think you will say the 2171 is faster?

What about why you got a 440?

Stihl owns the worldwide country, no questions asked.

Stihl #1

Does that 044 even run? I know you would not be putting a modded 2171 against a dead 044...

Just in:

The greater share of sales in North America refer to mass-market products under the Poulan and Weed Eater brands, as well as deliveries to Sears under its Craftsman brand. High-performance products under the Husqvarna brand account for a growing share of sales, however. In 2006 the North American operation accounted for approximately two-thirds of total sales within Consumer Products.

Market position
The Group has strong market positions, particularly for lawn mowers, garden tractors, trimmers and chainsaws.

Customers and distribution
Consumer products in North America are sold mainly through large nation-wide and regional chains of retailers and DIY outlets, such as Sears, but also Lowe's, Home Depot and Wal-Mart.

The Sears retail chain is Husqvarna's largest customer. Sears is the world's largest retailer of outdoor consumer products, under the Craftsman brand, and has a market share of approximately 30% in the US.

Production
Products are manufactured at four plants in the US: two in Arkansas for portable equipment, one in South Carolina for garden tractors, and one in Georgia for lawn mowers.
