heatmor bladder ?

ive seen this has been asked before but no for sure size,
sounds like you can use an inner tube for a replacement bladder has anyone done this and know the exact size? mine is still good and never had it out so not sure on size, and would like it almost identical, plus its pretty narrow too
any thoughts
