Could anyone tell me the age of a MS290. Sn. 260945597

I can't tell from the serial # but being a 290 opposed to a 029 I would think it was less than 6 or 7 yeas old.Could be brand new for all I know.

It was orginally sold on 1/27/2005.


For manufacture date, look at the lable on the handle. It will have (among other things) an entry that says "M.D. XXXX". MD is manufacture date, followed by month and year, like M.D. 0903
