I turned up the oiler on the 272.... It friggin oils alright!! The whole bar gets a nice coating of oil and the spray that comes off can lubricate a diesel engine....  Then when I shut her down... she marks her territory nicely... lol I had to turn it back down for the 24". Plenty of earl for a 36" skipper... I can't wait to get one and try it out!

My 272xp oils like mad as well. The longest bar I have is 28", and used it on the mill last weekend. Lack of oil wasn't a problem, and I think its on its lowest setting.

Yup "Holy Cow"

Nice to hear someone say their oiler works like that for a change!
I cranked the oiler on my MS361's , it doesn't go flying off the end or ooze over the 16" or 18" bars but it still goes through almost a tank of oil per tank of gas . I turned up the oiler on my 034AV Super and I have oil all over the place ( I thought to myself "Holy Cow" but had nobody to share that with ) so I turned it back down .
No complaints here .
