what are the differences between the 1050 amd the 1020?

i need gaskets for the intake to reed valve and a carb kit as well. are the gaskets for the saw still avalable or am i going to have to make them? Is it possible to eliminate the 90 degree bend after the carb and just go carb to reed valve?
