I thought there was a post here showing someone's home-made fixture for holding short logs in a bandsaw mill but I cannot find it now :( Any easy to build examples out there?

On the Norwood, I use two longer boards full length of the log plus a foot or
so longer than the log with a matching length board under neath to sop port.

The boards on either side of the log are sacraficial, and will be cut up also.

Hope that helps.

Kevin has it pegged down plain and simple, easy and cheap, or make yourself an onther bunk and clamp to fit in between your existing ones

A sacraficial piece of lumer and some quick clamps and away ya go.

I use the "toe boards" for a mid bunk, it's fast, works just fine and i don't have to throw on extra wood that get's turned into more scrap that i have to deal with later.
