I must have overtightened (or overloosened) the tension on the side and now it doesn't work and I can't get it out (picture attached). (It also looks like the head of the screw is no longer in the slot it should be in [to the upper-right, in the upside-down photo]). Is there a way to remove this? Currently all I can do is get a flathead screwdriver under the screwhead at the "nonblock" end and lift it up, but I can't get it out). Thanks in advance

That should just pry out of there, use a little more force. To everyone make sure your bar nuts are loose when you tension the chain. Steve

Well I tried more force and I broke a piece of orange plastic out (maybe I had tightened it so much that it got forced into that section, I'm now wondering if the things with the "gears" on it should be on the other side of the black block-piece in the picture 3 ending with ...742)? I can't get it through but it seems like it should be, maybe I need to order a whole new tensioner? but I hope it works considering the little orange plastic section that broke out).
