Husky 359xp compression?

Got a 359xp 2003 model oiler don't work hooked up my actron compression gauge only getting 90 lbs it feels like way more than that took exhaust and intake of piston has no streaks or scratches anywhere looks brand new other than a little carbon on top of piston and yes I zip tied the throttle of no I didn't drop any oil down the plug hole. Is it a bad gauge I'm going to pressure and vacuum test it wanted to just put a new zama carb and boot and hoses on it and fix the oiler. Any body have a good gauge in the Clyde Ohio area?

Sounds like a faulty compression release

90 psi should be real easy to turn over without much resistance.

You pick it up it doesn't just drop it doesn't have the Compression of my Dozer Dan 365xt but it's not stock
I guess I'll have to get a better gauge
