Tuning up my saw for some running this weekend and it appears to pump or ooze out into the clutch area more than on the chain. The chain is well-lubed, but where the saw was sitting were roughly three tablespoons of bar oil. Is this a sign for a new oiler assembly?

Thanks.

Its the sign of a typical dog markin' its territory :D
Seriously though I think this has been hashed out before and one of the solutions I remember (at least my brain says I do) is to loosen the oil-cap and then tighten. You were running it out of the wood? Could just be excess with no place ta go, just a thought or two as it seems like an awful lot of oil to be just leaking outta the oiler hole, hm, maybe don't fill it right up if its not going to be used right away. I'm sure the some of the Husky gents will chime in soon enough, Troll ya there?
My 0.02$ for the evening.

Serge
