Husqvarna 262 Koblen Schmitt question.

I have one KS jug that I need a piston for, I may get a couple of more of them later, so I need to figure out this A B piston system.
I have read a bit about this A and B pistons, bit confused about it.
New OEM pistons, are they AB pistons? And, will AB piston work on both A cylinder and B cylinder?

A cylinders I believe are suppose to be a tighter bore in comparison to b cylinders. And as I understand AB pistons are meant for both a or b cylinders.

Interesting enough on the meteor website they list 4 pistons for the 262xp. 'A' being the smallest and the rest B,C,D gradually being oversized.

I wonder if anybody has a c or d cylinder here? I lucked out and bought a 'B' piston for my B cylinder not realizing there were more than A and B.
