Husqvarna 440

Hello everyone I’m new on the foro.
I have a husqvarna 440 chainsaw I got it from a friend it was broke I replace cylinder and carburetor now turns on but doesn’t go full throttle and makes a wear noise. I’m not a pro I have some knowledge about car to me sounds like a miss fire.
Also has a new spark plug and fuel filter.

Hey Montiel, pull the sparkplug and see if its dry or more than likely it has lots of fuel on it. Get a new plug, and ventilate the crankcase buy leaving the old plug out of the cylinder and pulling on the starter 10-12 times. Re-install the new plug. Try to start the ol 440 without full choke. This might solve your problem.
