I have a new 460 Rancher with 28" bar on an Alaskan mill. I was cutting post oak slabs this weekend when it began leaking gas after fueling out the carb. Then it wouldn't start. I pulled till I was tired. Then pulled the air cleaner, dumped the gas out of the carb recess, kicked the decompression out and pulled till it fired. I finished the last cut, and ran the saw out of gas. Does the gas tank have a vent to release pressure? Do I have a problem with the carb?
