Welcome Josh.
I just downgraded my phone because my newer one stopped showing anything on the screen. When at the phone store they couldn't get my info or pictures swapped over . After 2hrs of talking with them and figuring out how screwed up the new leasing "deals" are my phone screen came back on, 2 more hrs and all my contacts and pictures were saved to the cloud and I left with one of my old phones on my account . Hopefully a new phone is in my near future too .
