I wouldn't have a problem using them...

For me it's more of a convenience issue...I try not to place small parts orders cause shipping small stuff isn't cost effective. If you were already ordering from Hlsupply then I wouldn't hesitate to order those springs. If you were ordering from an oem place for other stuff...then order the oems ones. Or find a whole clutch on ebay...might be cheaper anyway lol

the only clutch springs I have ever seen busted are on my hitachi top handle chainsaw... and its a coil spring, and on a 394xp ...again coil spring. haven't seen any other spring fail outright. 262xp, the long coil springs stretch out a bit and don't hold as good over time. 372 ...350 ...455 rancher....never seen one bust.
