I bought these two yesterday, really wanted the 026 but he wanted to sell both. The 026 was locked up he said sat for eight years or so. I tore it down just stuck and rings rusted and collapsed I'm thinking rings gaskets and clean and run it!

I don't know anything about this saw, it runs good 165 lbs compression. Was this made before or after Homelite went south (it looks like after).

I don't know Homies, but it looks like the piece of junk I just had here a couple of months ago...

The 026 is bullet proof. I`ve rebuilt one myself and they are well worth the effort. The other one looks like a generic cheap saw badged to whatever DIY consumer outlet.
