I might get a CS-550P as a parts saw super cheap, Can that base chassis become a 590?

It is missing many parts and I have not seen it in person yet so I don't know if it has been strait gassed.
Are there any cheapo Chinese parts for these?
If I can get it I will scavenge and save parts. (I have a 490 and 590)

If it has been strait gassed and I can find a J&P to make it a 590 ... that would be nice ... if it fits of course.
