Frist it strated out as a rope replacement. Now a few issues have come up. One of the starter prawel springs broke i managed to bend it out and get it working. The down side is it has more resitance to move back will this be a issue? If so where could i get new springs? The next thing is the recoil. Some time the bolt that holds the spool on fell out. Where can i get a replacement for this or should i just go to the hardware store for a lock nut and bolt?

Good evening.
A chainsaw or workshop store, you may be able to buy the springs you need. They should be universal, even if not the original, can be serving so you can get the chainsaw to work.
Good luck.
