Is it "steel" "still" or "stile"

I pronounce Stihl "steel" but an older guy i was talking to pronounced it "still"

does anybody else say it that way?

So how is Jonsered correctly pronounced?

Everyone i know says Jon-sir-ed but in Europe(Sweden) the "J" is pronounced "Y" so it would be Yon-sir-ed?
