Just so everyone knows the facts I accidentally left off a zero when I posted the saw he bought. Was posted as a cs440 and actually a cs4400. Which he claims I had 2 different saws which the saw I sent pictures of is the saw he received. I also looked up part numbers on parts tree and my local dealer and they interchange between 440/4400

No but my internet on my phone was working very poorly at the time and couldn’t get arboristsite to work. After I sent him the message stating that I cross referenced part numbers for both models and they matched. Also he never asked for a refund. Or to return it. He just stated parts wouldn’t interchange between 440/4400 which I checked 2 sources parts tree and my local dealer which has been selling echo for 25 years. Not exactly sure what the big issue is he wanted a parts saw and got the exact one he seen pictures of and paid for. Just that I accidentally thought it was a 440 and it was a 4400. Which no big deal because parts interchange. Wasn’t trying to screw anyone. Besides not like he paid a fortune for it. $50 shipped I thought was more than fair I even gave him an extra chain side cover. You just can’t please some people

Just so everyone knows the truth...

I was offered $50 back if I spent $30 to ship it. So my return would be $20 out of my $50 I spent a a saw he didn't advertise correctly. I feel he should have advertised it correctly or offered to pay for shipping and given me a full refund.

This was all after he told me i should be happy with a $100 parts saw that i got for $50. He wasnt happy that i told him if it was worth $100 he should have sold it himself.

I will always pay the extra amount that PayPal wants so i can dispute sales like this in the future instead of sendinga "gift" as he asked!
