Jug and Piston for a Homelite C91

What jug and piston should I use to rebuild a Homelite C91? Is there any other than the one the C91 has?

Not exactly sure what you mean here but the Homelite C-9, C-91, and C-92 all would have the same stock piston/cyl (i think) you could also use a piston/cyl from a c-7, c-71, and c-72 as I believe the strokes on the 7's and 9's were the same just diffeerent bores. but if you use the 7 stuff your displacment will obviously be lower (85.5cc down to 80.5cc). homelite part numbers you need for the c91 the c71 takes a different jug and piston so these are the part numbers you need to locate


55537 piston ring
A58674A piston and pin
58174-A1 cylinder which has a 2-1/16" bore
58292 cylinder gasket

hope this helps you a little at least you have the part numbers now we just need to locate them


the only cylinder i have is a Sxlao cylinder


i do have some pistons but i will check and get back with you if them pistons are in this new shipment of Homelite and Jacobsen parts we just got in today
