Looks like the same results I get with 1/2 second blast from the air compressor.
Must be. Under warranty? So . . . the tape residue is made in Germany?

Yes. Very noticeable. And I am very very worried. How long do I have before it eats thru the casing and destroys the chainsaw handle? The tape residue is pretty noticeable, maybe spray some fluid film on it instead. Armor all might work too.
If you spill a little gas on the front of your saw that residue will come right off.
What mix on the simple green?I'll mention again... Simple Green for most of the crud and denatured alcohol for the rest... sap in particular. These products won't replace the worn paint; smooth out the scratches; unmelt plastic; restore the bar groove, rim sprocket or roller tip; or uncrack plastic; but they will clean the saw!
Anywhere from 50/50 to 100% seems to work fine using a shop rag (cloth!) to scrub with. Paper towels fall apart too easy...What mix on the simple green?
Ok thanks muchAnywhere from 50/50 to 100% seems to work fine using a shop rag (cloth!) to scrub with. Paper towels fall apart too easy...
Yes. Every time you hit the throttle, it cuts right through the Saran wrap.Has anyone tried wrapping their saw in saran wrap?
