Finally got around to cleaning up a downed tree from the storm two Saturdays ago. Luckily this one tree and a few limbs was all the damage I had. People two miles north of me didn't fair so well.
It made a nice little pile of fire wood.

Here is where it came from (the tree in the background of the first picture came out of the same stump.)

The lone hanging limb is the only casualty.

That tree needs to come down also.

All three tree were going to be taken down a couple of years ago. We just never got back around to it.
I started off with a 25 inch bar on for the big parts but then the oiler on the saw had some issues so I had to pull it apart and clean out the pickup and tank vent. Then I used a 20 to block most of it up but then I decided to pretend like I was European till I hit a rock and dulled the full chisel chain.

I didn't take a before picture but there wasn't much interesting about it. I just wanted to make you all look at my ash.
I am to dumb to make the pictures show up.
