Makita 401 Clutch nut Problem.

Love the saw but the clutch nut was loose when I bought it brand new of Ebay. How do I get this tight enough so it doesn't back off every time the blade gets pinched. Yeah I know I should avoid that but all it takes is a little extra load on the blade to cause this problem.I don't want to damage the saw!

tighten it up its left hand thread. I pull the muffler and place a plastic wedge in the exhaust port as a piston stop then tighten the nut.
