In spite of all the negative reviews (well deserved), many of us actually like these little demons and find them to be a handy saw when you want one that you can use with one hand, most are reliable and easy to tune. If you like to "tinker", don't get frustrated easily and have lots of time, this is a good saw to work on. With practice and knowing a few tricks (do a search on repairing a mini mac) you can take them apart in 15 minutes, reassembly takes longer. Lots of interesting features, including what might be the weirdest oiler.Was digging on eBay and came across a few mini macs 12" bars. Any input on them? I know it's a little saw kinda Just want something to tinker with and have something "different" on the shelf.
