The 10-10 looks like this, but with a left side starter:
The 380 looks like this:
Any of the 1-50 series, 200/250/300/380/450/550, or Mac 15 will work on the 380, as well as most of the 1-41 and following models.

......but the 10-10 had the starters on both sides.
Most are as you say, but the early ones were on the other side.

Yes, I have one...
A 10-10A off e-bay that came with a starter on both sides, that's right, two starters.
Actually the RH starter does not function, but someone obviously broke the original clutch cover and the only replacement they could find was one with the starter housing.
Sorry, I have not taken any pictures of that oddity yet.
