Mother's Day Vases

I made these small vases on my lathe for the mothers in our family for Mother's Day. I had the local flower shop decorate them with the flowers and ribbon. I hope they will be a hit because I have never ever done anything like this before .

The two outside vases are made from Walnut, the red one is made from Eastern Red Cedar , the other one is made from Red Bud. The flowers really jazz up the looks of the vases.

Those look really great. I'm really liking the one made from Red Cedar.

Wow - great job! I Think they will be an all time favourite! I Think my mum would have loved that when i could give it to her. Very nice works!

Thanks for the kind words guy's. It was fun making them . They were a big hit with the ladies. I really scored brownie points and I am still the # 1 son in law on my wife's side.
