Ms290 turning help

Im in need of some help with tuning my ms290. I have done the muffler mod and I took the limiter caps out of the carb I'm not the best at tuning so I'm in need of some help. I'd like my saw to run good and I'm trying to tune it by ear since I have no tach. I want my saw to run at the up most level that it should run. I live in the York PA area so if anyone is around that would be able to give me a hand I'd greatly appreciate it.

Turn hi side out 'till it blabbers, turn it back in till it screams and then back out 1/4 turn.

Other than that, you got to know what to listen for..........................................
