Muffler Dolmar7900

I now have wrecked two mufflers on my DOLMAR 7900. These have both been original DOLMAR parts. anyone know of a replacement or a better muffler?

What did you do to wreck them?

Not aware of any aftermarket replacements for those saws, sorry.

possibly these have been heat. and insides burned up. also got the cracks where it is screwed onto the cylinder

Never heard of that before.

Sounds like you may have screws coming loose, letting the muffler vibrate and crack. Try thread locker on your screws. Also check if the threads in the cylinder are damaged. You may need to tap / helicoil it.

Never heard of a heat cracked muffler before on any saw brand! The same for "burnt up inside"! Something is strange here.
