My Echo SRM-3100 type 2 /E fuel in air cleaner box behind air filter

My Echo SRM-3100 type 2 /E fuel in air cleaner box behind air filter. I had a problem with it bogging down when I hit the throttle and removed the L limiter cap and turned it out 1/8 and that correct that problem. But I'm not sure what would be causing the raw fuel? I'm using a new can of Husqvarna 50:1 premixed 95 octane fuel. Plug and air filter are new. Also whats the best way to remove the limiter caps on the mixture screws?
