Here is an update on the 2100 prodject. I broke down and bought a new module for it,(after ruling out everything else). I put it together and it roared to life on the third pull. I was doing some cutting with it today when it died. I turns out The flywheel must not have been on square or all the way down when I tightened the nut. I was a bit loose and sheared the key. The keyways look fine. so another key I'll be back at it.
