Need help identifying a tree.

I'm assuming that this tree is about 50+ years old (as old as the adjacent house) and I can not identify it using local tree guides.

The tree is located in South Florida and the wood seems a lot like a mahogany, however the leaf configuration is not right.

Crush the leaves. What do they smell like?

There are a few plants on that site that look similar, however I can't find one with the same 3 leaf configuration.
