Redoing the axle seals and bearing in the rear axle of my 440B and the directions I have in my book are not working. When I torque the axle bolt the planetary becomes impossible to move so it’s far too tight. Need someone experienced in tearing these apart and putting them back together to help me out.

Not super familiar with the B models, but I think they have the same axles as the A, weird inner planetary with a big ass beefy axle leading to a comically tiny hub?

If so, there are 2-3 different axle lengths, might be you have the longer one? or lost a spacer somewhere?

That or something just isn't set in correct and is binding.
