I have found a couple plans but i am gonna draw some of my own up shortly but i am gonna follow this basic design. I will probably be done in a week or 2 i will share them when i am done. http://www.procutportablesawmills.com/

Take a look at Linn Lumber, just finished my mill using the plans from them, and many hours of help over the phone.. Gary is a great guy!
