OK, guess I meant to say I experienced none of the dreaded problems. My other xp saws are 346 and 372, so I was hoping for an "xp experience," which the 562 was/is. The balance of the tree was cut up with the 372 last week and the 562 did very well on the butt. It was cookies because that was the only suitably large bit of down wood I had to try it on.

I will say it's amazingly quite and smooth, and had zero hesitation from idle after running then allowed to sit and idle. Warm re-start (done according to manual) -was first or second pull. Cure cancer? Maybe with a port job . . . but it worked like I was hoping it would, and pretty much like others have described when happy with it. I hope I'm still happy after it gets more use. Thanks all for the encouragement and hand-holding. -Scott
