I won some Amazon dollars at work and got something cool for the firewood setup. I am pretty good at hand filing chains but I thought it was interesting how much variation there was between the teeth when you use something that makes the exact same cut every time.

I figure that once the neighbors hear I have it I can start trading for beers.

Are you claiming to be a great hand filer ?? Buwahahahahahahah !!!

lol No I have seen much better than me, but I do have a chain sharpening service and a lot of so called hand filers that are not even close. Now most hand filers (good one's or bad ones) when they hit something metal or stone will have them ground. I will take dozen or more chains when doing a tree removal you never know what is in there or rotten.

Nice. I like the hydraulic vice (mine is the manual version). Should last you a long time and a lot of chains.

Just remember to touch each cutter lightly ('tap, tap, tap'). Guys that try to use them like miter saws burn or blue the teeth.
