Isn't NH the state where you can drive without wearing a seatbelt? Part of that, Live Free or Die mumbo jumbo? If you want to live free, this is a horrible way to show it.

I agree with the lawyer crap, the only good place for half of them is 6 feet under (some of them are actually good people, who care about more than money).

Yes, i believe we are actually the last state without a seatbelt law (though it will be back around again next year). This is a bunch of crap as far as i'm concerned. If there are abusers that burn tires in their boilers, they should be shut down. All this preaching by our gummit about how we need to get off of foreign oil........ then they pass more laws to keep us on foreign oil.

lawyers/judges have been running/ruining this country for years. This country is sliding off a cliff. When hard working people like us who think of alternative ways to survive such as raising animals to eat and heating with wood, are cut off at the knees than somethings got to give. Oops gotta run I've gotta guard my property against the criminals/illegals the judges and lawyers get out of jail everyday and hopefully I hit one with my slingshot since shooting the pricks with my 30-06 would land me in state prison and then I'd lose my house to a civil suit...

"help us stop wood smoke" what are they gonna do about wild fires? who do you fine for that? lightning starts a fire ... .. they say that oil and gas produce less emissions... however there are probably 100,000 times MORE oil and gas burners than wood burners.. while I agree that smoke can be an issue.. and cleaner processes need to be found.. but that takes TIME.. so in the mean time what do you do this winter or for the next 15 years? roll over and write the check and send our good ol hard earned $$ to countries that don't like us.

in defense of lawyers....they only react when people come to them. they have a job to do and they do it. rarely, if ever, do lawyers react on their own. they want to make money too.

I figured if you already had one running you would be grandfathered from the new law but after reading the story I see thats not the case

So the lawyer dude is scared his clothes will be dirty when he gets paid big bucks to make sure his criminal client goes free ? What a world we live in. I hope the next story I read is about his neighbor taking a piece of his firewood that has no use to him anymore and shoving it deep in the lawyers :censored:

Around here it seems that a lot of the problem is all of the people who cant afford to buy oil and gas are now turning to wood. They are buying woodstoves and OWB's and they don't know how to run them properly and they burn green wood in them and that is what tweaks the people around them. There are so many more people burning wood in So. NH that is almost impossible to find a grapple load of wood.
