Octane Gas

I saw the post about the 15% ethanol gas and was wondering what octane gas I should use in an early to mid sixties McCulloch Pro Mac 250 chainsaw? Thanks! I have to get off of here and get ready for work, have a nice evening everyone.

anything above 87

use 89 or higher. In that old of a saw ethenol may swell some of the rubber components it would be best to try and find some that is label non oxygenated or contains no ethenol.
