Oregon 511AX angle accurary *best grinder for under $500 *

Ok how accurate is the filing angle?? top cutter! What range of angles can the grinder do on the top cutter.. I mean is it variable say from 25 - 35 degrees??

Have been looking at some threads - is this the best grinder for $300 - 400
