Penny Saver???

I havent done the research yet on this, wanted to put a thread up on it first. A friends told me today that you can adivertise business in the Penny Saver for free..i dont believe him, but wondering if this might be true

and either way does anyone here use the penny saver, and if you so what do they pay?/?

I Obviously I can not comment on your area. Of note however is my penny saver add for 4 weeks jumped from 100 to 170 overnight with no warning. As I paid month by month Next time I went in they asked for the extra 70; cheesed me off as there was no warning. If there was warning i would have bought the years worth @ 100 month. something to ask about when deciding what to buy in terms of adds. Penny saver adds have rarely yeilded larger jobs in my experience.

That is a huge increase, ya that is hosed.

I think i am going to stick with just the local papers they seem to be doing well and are easy to maintain etc.
