I haven't been very active this last year as many of you might have noticed. Last June we took the roof off our cape and turned it into a colonial style home for a little more room as our family continues to grow. It's been a very timely ordeal but also a very rewarding one as well. While doing the project I found pex universe to be my go to for plumbing supplies, including over $3,000 worth. In my last order I purchased a $17.00 refrigerator outlet for the ice maker. Lone story short the valve is defective and they are not willing to replace it without me first paying for a new one, shipping the old one back and paying a restocking fee. Needless to say I have the two C U next Tuesdays a piece of my mind. And plan on taking my business elsewhere. I would recommend you do the same!
