time to change the blade on the mill after all the cherry so I glabbed a cull log of pine 22'x56', and gave the new one a good try.this was the first blade change and also different brand so I figured id sacrifice the pine. i also wanted to try to cut dimensional sticks ,so it was several hours of learning, lots of sweat and no blood, lol.

1x came out nice ,the 2x,well,i need to work on them, lol. I also cut a bunch of stock for stickers that can double as garden stakes, lol.

I'm milling quite a bit of pine right now...the stock blade lube system never worked well for me....so I followed an idea from forestry forum....and it's much better....it's a diy felt wick with 1/8th inch pipe and a ball valve on the throttle handle....much better...stay tuned ...one of these days I'll have a video1407582327027.jpg
