I believe that it is time for a generell information pre mix thread on AS. Since I believe more and more people are beginning to convert, it would be great to gather good info. And I will again mention GOOD info and not hersay! So please do not juck up this thread with myths.
The major argument for alcalyt fuel is the major reduction of unhealthy substances in regular car fuel, further the shelf life of up to 5 years.
The major argument against alcalyt fuel is price.
I understand many argument that plane fuel has a equally good shelf life, but I believe that everyone should decide for him/herself if they like inhaling lead...
A very good graph that I just recently became aware of is the obviously high volatility of the fuel. It was presented from a member on a german site. Sadly we don't know how volatile regular pump gas behaves in the same time period.

Kanister = canister 1-3
Verlust = evaporation loss
Wasserflasche = Waterbottle (as a reference of evaporation over time)
