Pressure/vacuum tester alternative suggestions

Much like my Husqvarna 55 worm gear puller made from $4.00 in plumbing parts, looking for a similar one/two time use suggestion for a pressure/vacuum tester for the same husqvarna 55 saw.

I would just like to repair this saw and move on to other things and don't see the point in investing in a tool that won't get used again.

get a vacuum \pressure gauge, and a blood pressure bulb thingee, and some fuel line.
