Okay here is the first vid. I know small wood but that's all I got.

It sounds real good. I hope you can come up with a bigger test log sometime. They seem hard to come by for me too.

Nice work Will. Someday I will stepup to the 395 lol.

Wow... you got a heated full wrap! I'm jealous!

Yup!

Not that they are hard to come by, they usually end up in firewood rounds, and don't have time to play around making vid's. I'd rather not whittle up a nice 24-30 piece of wood into cookies.

Thanks. Ain't nothing wrong with 394's

I haven't even tried the heated part yet. I have to finish wiring up the handle. Need to get some heat shrink.

Also found out why the kill switch wasn't working. It was a break in the little ground jumper wire from the switch to the case.

Okay, all I got to say is wow!! Just checked compression, I started the saw first to put a little heat in it, then checked compression, and it came in at 195psi!! Crikey, its not even run in yet. No wonder why its hard to start without the decomp.

WTF? Its gonna be a shoulder dislocation device! You think it will make 210?

Anything over 200psi... put a kick starter on it!!

LOL, ya it would be easier.

Honestly though, big cc saws don't need to be over 200. I'd be happy with 180 on it. Next time I'll do more a conservative pop-up on a 395, I could raise up the ex too, and get the blowdown I want, that'll bring it down a little.
